Brilliant and reliable service!
I have recently purchased a Volkswagen from Herts.
I have to admit Abdul went out of the way to hear us out and made sure all our fears are laid to rest by providing absolute transparency in the dealing ship.
We were running late as we had to commute for 3 hours to reach the office but Abdul was very professional and patient in all his dealings and stayed late, after office hours just to make sure we are fully satisfied with the car and all the paperwork is complete.
It's very rare to find authentic and genuine local dealers like Herts. Highly recommended!

I was after an older automatic car to see me into my last couple of years as a driving instructor before I retire, came across Herts used cars ltd, via motors.co.uk decided to give them a ring and from there the company have been nothing but helpful in my dealings with them, at a vary fair rate even delivering the car upto the North East , cars in very good condition as they said it was as it was a video sale , a little problem popped up which they sorted as the car had 3 months warranty on it, all in all I would recommend this company for your next used car perchase 100% many thanks 👍

Car was clean, inside and out. Ran well and staff very helpful. I found the advert to be honest. Sales staff not pushy and very helpful. After buying the car I took it for service and found some issues that needed immediate attention to get the car working at its best. I contacted the company to let them know and they contacted me within a couple of hours to chat through the issues. They gave me a percentage of the repair costs to help me get the car running better. Cannot recommend enough. Best car buying experience I have ever had from a business

The car was advertised on eBay so I was very wary as I was ripped off with the last car I bought and, it was from a dealer. Anyway, I was immediately at ease with their professional and polite manner. They responded to my questions quickly by email so I paid the deposit and took the train to pick up the car at their premises. I was picked up at the train station in the car and was I drove it to their office as a test drive. Everything was as they said and in perfect working order. It was all very professional and I'm delighted with the car. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again!

Brilliant service, from when the finance company agreed on the finance the Herts Team contacted me to assure me that the vehicle is reserved so not to worry and they will contact the finance provider to chase up the payment. When all was done and money transferred they rang me to ask me of when is convenient to collect the vehicle. Even going as far as to add their Gold Warranty on the vehicle. I am so impressed with how they went above and beyond on their service. Really profesional I would recommend to anyone who wants to buy a car in confidence of amazing Team and great service 10 out of 10
