Early Model 1987 Series 2 Escort RS Turbo were known to rust and very few have survived over the years. Parked in dry storage and been off the road for 15 years before being recommissioned 

This being the early model it is finished in rosso red rather than the later model which was far more common and was finished in radiant red.
